Depletion Of Forests

Can you imagine a planet without a forest? Many of us can not do that. Forest occupies about a fifth of the world's land and plays an important role in our daily life (Dadeli 4). Forests provide us with many products and services that will help us keep erosion and provide employment opportunities for citizens. Humans depend on the survival of healthy ecosystems and deforestation is causing many social, economic and ecological problems. The ecological problem is that the witch of global warming is caused by releasing carbon into the air after burning in the forest.

In this report, we first explain the meaning of resource depletion. I mentioned some reasons for this problem. The three main parts of our resource depletion are depletion of fossil fuels, depletion of water resources, and depletion of forests. In the case of fossil fuels, we recommend renewable energy technology as a solution to explain sunlight, wind power and hydro power generation. Regarding water consumption, it shows the importance of water. We also discussed several ways to maintain water, namely regenerated water, solar desalination and rainwater utilization. The third type is forest depletion. We recommend recycling as a solution

In particular, natural resources, forests and fishery are drastically decreasing. Forest depletion occurs for two reasons. First, in order to increase GDP, the system issues permits to timber companies but does not pay sufficient attention to forest sustainability and environmental protection. Second, the National Armed Resistance Organization sought funds for its revolutionary activities by selling timber to the border. In the fishery, foreign fishing boats equipped with advanced technology can capture large amounts of fish in a short period of time. The local people's right to food was rejected as they could no longer use the traditional fishing boats and nets to catch enough fish. Depletion of natural resources is one of the main reasons for increasing poverty. Due to depletion of the forests of Kachin State, in July 2004, a flood exceeding the flood of the past 50 years occurred, the local people lost their homes and lives.
