Even in the past and recent history, world politics has seen many aspects, from the absolute monarchy of Philip II to the dictatorship of Saddam Hussein. Even some political institutions occupy the central position of political papers. Two successful institutions according to this standard include democracy supported by Tocville 's American democracy and communism, as written by Marx' s "Communist Party Declaration". These aspects of politics have been quite successful, but these worlds do not coexist and function at first. Because democracy has a high reputation in American democracy and endured the embarrassment of time.

Because of the educational system, Americans are not familiar with the basic elements of various political institutions and ideologies. The concept of national socialism, socialism, fascism, social democracy, democracy, democratic republic, communism, constitutional monarchy, and the oligarchy are too complicated ideas. Many people do not know that the political system and the economic system are separate. Capitalism is not a political system. For most Americans, capitalism is closely related to the American political regime, they are in the same country. Democracy and capitalism unite and are always considered to be interdependent

Obviously, democracy and capitalism are the type of governance and economic institutions. The same applies to monarchy and oligarchy, socialism and communism. To say that democracy and capitalism in a sense are "good" means that they are "very good" in what governance and the economic system should do. But what is it? What is the ideal purpose of governance and economic systems? Public consensus on that answer can be difficult as people count on any number of convictions. This is a question worthy of public debate and scientific investigation. In fact, the scientific community may reach consensus before other people can do it. Recent advances in the fields of complex science, information theory, cognitive science and evolutionary biology provide the concept of starting point
