Change management is a systematic approach to convert individuals, teams, and organizations from the current state to the ideal state. The current definition of change management includes an organization change management framework and a personal change management model that are used together to manage change management. Leftwich, R .; (1979), the early change model developed by Kurt Lewin explained the change as a three step process. In the first stage he called it "unzipping". It involves overcoming inertia and dismantling existing 'ideas'. In the second stage, a change occurred. This is usually a period of confusion and transition, there is a bit of confusion. The old picture has been replaced with a new picture. He called "freezing" (usually called "freezing"). New ideas are accepted and the level of comfort has returned to the previous level
We will change the strategy to achieve the transition from the current scenario to the final change and then execute it. Another definition of change management refers to the effort necessary to manage people through the emotional ups and downs inevitable when the organization changes dramatically (Sieber, Nah, 1999). As competition and technology grows, organizations have to start business transformation. The most important step in the change management approach is "freezing". As a change management consultant, I am focusing on evaluating the responsiveness to organizational change. In order to analyze the readiness of organization transformation, we assessed the history of transformation, the cultural adaptability of the organization, the overall picture of senior management over the transformation initiative.
