Gender equality is determined and achieved when men and women enjoy the same rights and opportunities at every level of society, including economic participation and decision-making, according to gender response governance. The important thing is that gender should not let us define us as human beings or change our own values. It is well known that men are stronger and women are more emotionally aware. Men are considered to be standards of health care providers, but women are considered to be better breeders. It is better to discuss which side is better, but the difference between men and women is recognized. One is better than the other. They are balancing each other. However, in the world dominated by men, the tendency to masculinity is exploited and leads to power. Feminists recognize this and promote gender equality. When a woman finally entered the labor market they have to prove themselves and prove to some extent that they can go well. They are forced to learn men's behavior not only to ignore natural tendencies but also to succeed. Over the last few decades the Bahamas have made significant progress in achieving gender equality in every aspect of society, especially employment and education.
