Defining the Word Poor

Angela's Ash is one of the most frustrating books I have ever read, but I readily laughed when Frank McCourt's childhood was in poverty. We need an accurate set of measures to appropriately allocate benefits for single mothers, children, the elderly, homeless people and disabled people.

The economic position of rich and poor people completely depends on not defining his wealth and material wealth, or him as "rich" or "poverty".
