Defining Personal Responsibility and Exploring My Own Responsibilities

What is personal responsibility? Some say that work, housework, caring for families, going to school and getting better education. Personal responsibility is defined as an obligation to proceed with a given task successfully. Responsibility has the authority to guide and execute necessary actions to ensure success. ("Defense Army Relations Glossary"). Personal responsibility for me is to manage what affects us, both in the long run and in the short term.

When personal responsibility is defined as "correspondence" of an individual, personal capital is closely related to personal responsibility. In other words, individuals can cope with matters of life's challenges and environment. Personality capital is also closely related to personality, and when personality is defined as a person's moral or moral quality, the person's personality gives them the advantage of dealing with life challenges. Therefore, personal capital is essential resources, assets, and benefits of personal responsibility and personality, which is brought about by the challenges and circumstances brought about by people. When individual capital is small, people become a victim of the environment, and it becomes impossible to consciously and intentionally choose their thoughts, feelings, and actions by the influence of life intentionally. Victims often express themselves based on attributes such as helplessness, dependence, rights, indifference, worry, fear, self-confidence.

Morality of personal responsibility is a double-edged sword. Our application creates a healthy identity that allows us to explore our choices creative and pursue our own happiness, for our lives and the environment. However, in external applications, as a tool to judge the efforts and success of others, the ethics of personal responsibility encourages dismissal of unknown unknown elements such as the complexity of uncontrollable situations.
