Defining Military Discipline and Values

Military training is order and obedience under command. Self-discipline in the military is to complete four rights without a soldier being told, even without a commander. By planting confidence and responsibility for everyone, we will create discipline within the department. In order to strengthen discipline, senior leaders need to thank their men (both personal and overall) to complete the task. By doing so, it will achieve the goals of each commander, have troops that work well, and establish a bond between teams.
