Formula and program, this is a human activity that considers heartfelt and other people's mind.The leadership is to understand, contribute and develop decisions accepted and respected by all.

Leadership is the process of influencing others to achieve the goal, leading the organization to make them more coherent and consistent. In other words, leadership is defined as a process in which individuals influence individual groups and achieve common goals in a simple way. Leaders perform this process by applying leadership knowledge and skills. Our qualities will influence our behavior. This is called trade leadership. Therefore, people often believe that leaders are born instead of being manufactured. Leadership leadership, on the other hand, can be seen in the leadership process theory. If you have a desire and a will, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders are growing through endless self-study, education, training, and experience. In my opinion, these are two important elements of leadership, but today's world is inadequate to truly define leadership. In order to become a leader you need to combine your mind and heart to achieve the goal and create influence. This also applies. A leader is not only defined as a person specified by a hierarchy or company structure. You will find leaders at all levels within the organization and the communities they participate in. They can be seen in all walks of life. A leader is a person who wants to stand up and make his own brand in the world. They are passionate about creating changes and creating positive changes
