Definition and Understanding of Stress According to www.oxforddictionaries.com, stress is defined as a mental or emotional stress, or a tension caused by an unfavorable or harsh environment. It is stress that you feel when you respond to specific events such as inadequate workplaces, traffic congestion, dissolution, too much work. Stress throws our mental and physical challenges and prepares to deal with difficult situations with special attention, strength, agility, commitment, and high risk.

In order to correctly understand the effects of stress on cognition, we must first understand what stress is by measuring performance in various mazes. In essence, stress can be defined as a response to a threat to homeostasis (or a recognized threat), a tendency for the system to maintain a stable internal environment. Creatures including humans and rodents are open systems that maintain dynamic balance despite frequent insults from many external environments.

The term stress is a generic term widely used in many occupations, but it is not clearly defined and there is no limit. Whether you are a person, a pet, a practitioner, an old man, or a young person, stress affects your life and may appear in magazines, television and newspapers, but these are guaranteed treatments. My understanding of stress is that it is negative and can be divided into two categories: physical stress and mental stress. In these categories, the word stress is used as follows.

Robert C. Dailey defines stress as "the need for psychological or physical adjustment of any physical requirement" in his book "Understanding of people within the organization". Many people think stress is always bad. However, stress can be good from time to time. Stress is part of our daily life. It can produce exciting effects or lose power. Each of us has some stimulus and pressure in our own life to prevent us from getting bored. However, others are far less tolerant of stress stimulus. Therefore, administrators should be able to meet everyone and be able to judge whether tolerance to stress is high or low. Managers can only do this if they are familiar with the causes of stress.
