A deep sea maritime rescue company claims to have found the oldest shipwreck found so far - a Greek trade boat 2300 years ago was discovered nearly 2 miles below the surface of the Mediterranean Sea . Discovery of shipwreck between Rhode Island and the Alexander Classical Trade Center adds a series of evidences challenging the longstanding theory that ancient crewmen lack the knowledge and skills of navigation to navigate the ocean . They are believed to be trapped along the coastline during the trip.

The deepest sea is the Pacific Ocean. The deepest is the Mariana Trench, its depth is about 11,000 meters (36,200 feet). The deep sea is characterized by cold, high pressure, and complete darkness. There are very rare creatures in this sea. They use chemicals from the deep of the earth so they do not need energy from the sun to survive (see the hot water vents). Many people think that the sea is blue, but because water reflects the blue sky, it is not so. Water has a very slight blue color, but it can only be seen when there is plenty of water. However, the main reason for the ocean blue or blue / green color is that water absorbs the red part of the incident light and reflects the green and blue parts of the light. Then we see reflected light as the color of water
