Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana or DDU-GKY is the Indian government's youth employment program. [1] [2]

On September 25, 2014, in commemoration of the 98th anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya's birth, Prime Minister Nitin Gadkari and Minister of Venkaiah Naidu were established. The vision of DDU - GKY is "to turn young people in the rural poor into economically independent, worldwide labor force." We are targeting young people between the ages of 15 and 35. DDU - GKY is part of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), which aims to raise the diversity of the income of rural poor families and meet the career desires of young people in rural areas. The slogan of 150 billion rupees aims to improve the employability of young people in rural areas. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU - GKY) is a technology and resettlement program of Indian Rural Development Department (MoRD). DDU-GKY was born from the "Special Projects" component of the Aajeevika Skills program and Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY). The focus of the program is to respond to career desires of young people in rural areas and to improve their wage hiring skills. When implementing the program, MoRD notified guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP). All project staff under DDU - GKY must be trained, evaluated and certified with standard operating procedures. The e-learning portal is designed to promote self-study and certification of SOP

The Indian government is considering transparency as the core of electrification movement in rural areas called Deen Dayal Upadhyaya gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY). A new update that summarizes the situation of India's overall energy reform program (called 24 x 7 Power for All, or Ujwal Bharat) has recently been released, and as of May 19, 2017 73% village powers by DDUGJY DUGUGJY was initially tracking the village - it was only electrified, but the government now began to expand its monitoring to family level. Government officials have officially stated that the electrification of the village can be completed by the end of 2017 and that the total amount of household electrification will occur by 2019 or by 2022 recently.
