Decision-making models generally assume the basis of human reasoning. Hypothetical deficiencies may provide opportunities for bias in personal reasoning (Paul & Elder, 2002). The process of choosing one type of behavior rather than the other is often called decision-making. Consciously or unconsciously, people make decisions everyday based on one or more decision-making models (Sullivan, n.d.). In this article, I will explain how to apply various decision models in my workplace and generate accurate workload estimates throughout my career.

There are several decision models that you can choose for a particular situation. Some of these models are responsible decision models, ethical decision models, rational decision models, cautious decision makers, and other models. In general, every decision model is a process used to make thoughtful decisions. Every decision model has three main elements. These three elements are the method of determining criteria, the method of generating alternatives, and the method of evaluating alternatives based on criteria (Scholl, p. 1). A reasonable decision model explains how this process can help people make better decisions

There are several decision models that you can choose in any situation. In my research, I met several responsible decision-making models, moral decision-making models, democratic decision-making models and collective decision-making models. Decision making is performed through all other management functions and plays an important role in building active relationships. From organization to management, all management tasks need to be decided. How these decisions are made will benefit the organization or harm the organization depending on whether they are valid or invalid. The effectiveness of the decision module in the organization helps to determine whether interpersonal relationships are advantageous. This is because the decisions made by the administrator determine the nature of the three elements of the work environment (work, leadership, and organization).

Abstract: This article details the objectives of the decision making process and the decision making model. First, I will explain the background of the decision making process and the four main decision making models. Next, I will explain how to use these models to determine work. & Lt; Tab / & gt; There are many choices in daily life. Some of these options are long-term and others are short-term, but each option is important. Fortunately, some models will help us make the decision. Lahti (1996) argues that there are four sets of decision models, such as rationality, politics, process, and trash can model. Each of these models has advantages and disadvantages, but I will focus on rational and political models and show how to apply them to my organization.
