Deception and Unconditional Love in King Lear

Ten years ago, as a little girl, the fairy tale was my favorite kind of reading books. Happy ending of all fairy tales makes me very happy. Sometimes I get some meaningful lessons from the story I read. To some extent, like a fairy tale, King Lear of William Shakespeare also left me memories of the time, and the story about the king and the princess was overwhelming. But due to its tragic end and a deep philosophy of life, it is clearly not a fairy tale.

In William Shakespeare 's play "King Lear", King Lear was at the bottom. This is for the decision by Lear King itself. Then Edmond told Edgar Gloucester to be angry with him, and led the confusion between the father and his son.

The relationship between King Lear and Gloucester is the central theme of this article. In analogy, King Lear and Gloucester have uncontrollable impulses to make decisions about children's rashes and make important decisions. Leah gave up his favorite daughter to deal with the problem of love and Gloucester gave his legacy to his illegal son Edmond for a fake letter from his favorite son Edgar I handed it over. Another similarity between the two characters is that their cheating of children is blind. As he thought they loved him, Leah asked his ungrateful daughter to take over his kingdom and treat him as he did. Gloucester also cheated on by the son of a sneaky guy, thinking that Edgar wanted him to die. In addition, these two people seem to be old and young. There is clearly no mental stability in these two people.
