Abstract: The journal article by David and Goliath examines organizational M & A issues and focuses on communication between employees and senior managers. We will also consider various data sets in this paper. Pre-displayed changes to these data can lead to a reduction in the negative impact of the merger. Communication is an important way for management to help alleviate employee anxiety and concern for mergers. The expected change should be quickly communicated to employees to prevent negative emotions such as stress, dissatisfaction with work, lowering commitment to work.
I am reading David and Goliath of Malcolm Gladwell last week. The classic story of David and Goliath is the story of David of the shepherd who miraculously broke the giant Goliath. This story is often used as a metaphor of impossible victory. In this book, Gladwell talks about David's victory over Goliath. We misunderstood thinking about benefits in a sense. The traditional advantage may not be any advantage at all. This book really showed me this fact. And I remembered the various things we encountered in our lives. The more important area I apply this idea is that women are in the field of technology.
In a fight between David and Goliath, Gradwell wrote that David, who fired at the amount exposed to Goliath, shot a giant Goliath and then used Goliath himself. That blade swept the head of Goliath. Goliath is looking forward to the battle of hand-to-hand fight, which is his strength. But David fulfilled his advantage and he won the fight, so David's speed and witty Goliath was surprised. Women inherently have certain advantages such as love, greater mental strength, higher emotional intelligence, and women should take advantage of these advantages. Of course, women can develop as much technical skills and technical skills as necessary for men. However, under normal circumstances, the absolute lack of an unconditional environment and gender equality can lead to a recession and imbalance in the working environment. In some cases, it leads to the departure of women.
Malcolm Gladwell has adapted stories of David and Goliath. David did not defeat Goliath despite his size, lack of experience and lack of basic weapons, but Goliath overlooked the threat as he was ready for the battle. Davis (small and medium enterprises) may disassemble Goliath (a large enterprise) in any era when you want to call, "the 4 th industrial revolution", "2 nd machine era", or you. Assumption: The company is small (in terms of number of employees) and can be expanded to be part of a broader ecosystem. The essence of the company is its product and brand. The ability to maintain the company's management model and founder's idea will achieve a competitive advantage. This allows companies to adopt and integrate new technologies and maintain clear goals. As Ronald Cocos knew, this completely changed the nature of the company, which was "creative destruction" of the company.
