The Irish playwright, Bernard Shaw, once said, "The most serious sin to our colleagues is not to hate them, they are indifferent to them, which is the essence of inhuman acts ". So, you can not learn without fear to reduce fear. For some people, fear is hidden behind procrastination and perfectionism. Others have physical phobia such as chest tightness, chronic pain or recurrent illness. Destructive behaviors such as excessive drinking, smoking, work, shopping, and meals may limit fear. Sometimes, fear simply involves you in trouble, you will lead to lowering your possibilities in your career, your relationship, your lifestyle, your income etc. Understanding your fears and understanding how they operate your life is an important first step to reduce fear.
