Cystic eczema may be caused by Turner's syndrome, a genetic disease in which a woman does not have a pair of two X chromosomes that are normal. The number of human normal chromosomes is 46. These chromosomes contain DNA and genes. And they are bodies that make up genes. Sex chromosomes determine whether a baby is a girl or a boy. Women usually have two X chromosomes, and men have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome. In Turner's syndrome, the cell has lost some or all of the X chromosome. This only happens to women, the most common being only one X chromosome.

Cystic fibrosis is an autosomal recessive disorder - that is, two defective genes (one for each parent) are needed to develop the disease. The gene thought to cause cystic fibrosis is called cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator or CFTR. This gene is on chromosome 7. The severity and extent of this disease vary widely among patients with cystic fibrosis. Typically, this condition results in an increase in the chloride transport defect and trauma across epithelial cells and the viscosity of body secretions, particularly secretions from the respiratory tract (ie, the lungs, throat) and pancreas. As a result, patients are prone to pancreatic dysfunction and repeated chest infections

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is an incurable chronic disease that can cause serious damage to the respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract. It is the most common inherited disorder in Caucasian. This disease is caused by a deficiency in the CF gene, a mutation in the so-called cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene population. More than 100,000 people all over the world are suffering from this disease. Methodological approaches include literature review methods exploring the available causes of cystic fibrosis problems from a global and specific perspective. The search was done in databases such as PubMed, MEDLINE, Web of Science, Scopus, Springer, ScienceDirect and so on. In addition, other sources of information quoted in analytical studies were also analyzed. Based on the evaluation of these documents, research issues are being debated.
