Cultural and cross-cultural connections in American music I have listened to many Motown music, and even jazz music. I have never studied music during this semester. I always thought that I was educated, but I began to realize that this semester I did not explore more music areas than the music I have. While seeking cultural and intercultural links in music I noticed that a generation of concerts "speaks" for the next generation of music.
Jazz music is a music with history and soul, it is a deep expression of American culture in history and music and has evolved into a broad and deep American culture trend. Historically and culturally, it is absolutely necessary music, it is a deep expression of the American American culture of black. There is no doubt that this is a gift from Black America to the world. Jazz is rooted in African American music tradition. These qualities are derived from the music of West Africa and form a form of black music in the new world. Since hundreds of African tribes represent a wide variety of dialects, Africans must find ways to communicate with other Africans if they are enslaved and taken to the United States. But one of the habits shared by slaves is "to sing". "People in the room can not talk together, but someone can sing along," he said.
Music plays an important role in many American indigenous cultures. It is difficult to generalize a large number of cultural and ethnic groups that contribute to native American music, but most of Native American music focuses on complex vocals and percussion. Music often plays a religious role in Native American culture, tells stories, and leads religious ceremonies. For Hopi, music closely relates to rituals related to Kachinus. Kachinus believes that these ceremonies can protect their community. During the ceremonial dance, a song was asked to make rain in Kachina and make the harvest a success. Native Americans in the northeastern United States often use flutes, rattles, and complex calling and responsive vocal skills.
