Cultural criminology is a relatively new perspective and way to understand crime and prejudice. Cultural criminology began to evolve in the 1990s and rapidly developed into a new criminal field with both influence and information. The core concept of cultural criminology is based on the use of traditional methods from different disciplines such as sociology research, cultural research, symbolic interactionism and many other disciplines, theories and methods . Critical crime science is a study of crime from the viewpoint of conflict, taking into consideration the cause and background of crime, prejudice, chaos, also known as radical criminal science and new criminal science. This view combines broad concern of more extreme approaches such as Marxism and feminism. Criminology encompasses many ways to study crime and prejudice. In the last three decades, the feminist's view has challenged many theories, concepts, and assumptions of classical criminal research. They pointed out that gender issues have always been concealed in criminology. Since feminists believe that men are a major group of society, they are enacting and enforcing laws that are disadvantageous to women. This paper converts criminology into academic discipline independent of history, it develops and integrates various theories along the process of evolving from information sources of multiple disciplines. The reason for explaining crime and deviant behavior reflects the time to do research.
