Fusarium contains more than 20 crops that affect fruits, vegetables, herbs, tubers and cereals (Doctor Fungus Corporation) (Gullino et al., 1998) (Lõiveke, 2006). Fusarium is ascomycosis; they have septal bacteria, conidia, microsporidium, macorous spores and can be found all over the world (Doctor Fungus Corporation) (Glenn, et al., 2004). Several species are responsible for the production of mycotoxins in many cereals that have negative effects on humans and other animals (Teich & Hamilton, 1985) (Lõiveke).
Other pathogenic organisms which may likewise be harmful under appropriate conditions are Fusarium spp. , Cylindrocladium spp. . , Fungal nucleus disease type. And Thielaviopsis basicola. These organisms are carried by the soil and last for a considerable period of time in soil or artificial medium. Therefore, as with all other pathogens, the best management of these pathogens is prevention. Use only diseased plants, avoid discoloration of stressed plants and roots and stems, carefully monitor sprinkling methods, and take appropriate health measures.
Mold accounts for two-thirds of strawberry rot. Cylindrocarpon spp. A pathogen like. , Fusarium species. Pythium spp. Phoma spp. , Rhizoctonia spp. Gnomonia fragariae, Pratylenchus penetrans and Meloidogyne hapla have all been found to be related to strawberry rot root rot complex or black root rot attack. This leads to plant growth retardation, yellow leaf poor production, black root system and small fruits (LaMondia, 1999; Moroko, 2006). In particular, fungi are involved in the accumulation of gray fungus in fresh strawberries. Botrytis cinerea is a common colony forming agent of strawberries, a very selective and intellectual plant pathogen. It breaks down the strawberry protective epidermal layer and has many enzymes like cutinase and lipase that survive at low pH (Van-Kan, 2006).
In the fall semester, I worked at professor Ma 's Fungal Comparative Genomics Laboratory. My research focused on the interaction between Fusarium oxysporum pathogen and plant host Arabidopsis thaliana. Fusarium oxysporum is asexual ascomycetes, infects the roots of plants and causes severe wilt disease in many plant hosts including tomato, cotton, banana. - Advice from William Shakespeare to Hamlet's Lertus and Benjamin Franklin's advice to young people "I said to you!" This is what my mother says after receiving my advice, I did not accept it. I propose. That is terrible, my mother is always right as we know it will happen. I think that everyone has received at least one advice in their lifetime.
Recent observations have begun to support the role of Bartonella. Not only as an animal but also as a human pathogen. Bartonella is a carrier-mediated, bloodborne, intracellular, gram-negative bacterium that causes long-term infection in the host. Continued infections of livestock and wildlife have resulted in numerous bartonella creatures that could be used as unintended sources of human infections in the natural world. The prevalence of bacteremia can range from 50% to 95% in selected rodents, cats, deer and herds. The dog is infected with Bartonella. Claudication, endocarditis, granulomatous lymphadenitis, and liver failure may occur. These are also related to human infection. As a result of further study as a cat or other wild or domestic pathogen of understanding the role of Bartonella
