The interpretation of the Bible has become a contact movement. Since the 4th century, the Bible is the center of Christian faith, and it is still the world's most widely read book. Most cultural conflicts arise from or mediated by the interpretation of the Bible. So how do you read and understand the Bible correctly? Even in front of the seminary, I myself was pursuing to answer these questions, so I came to Kevin Vanhoozer's book. ... At the moment there are many central doubts about the interpretation of the Bible, general interpretation, especially postmodern interpretation, and debate about true theological issues. I came to think of meaning as a theological phenomenon including transcendence and interpretation theory as a theological task.
I started writing this article and pointed out that we are not sure about Bible counseling. We confirmed the care of the Bible in the Bible consultation counseling system. Our responsibility to Bible counseling is our responsibility to the authority of God, our faith in Jesus' true change, and the jurisdiction of the Church. So we can deny the authority of the word of God and can not support a counseling system that believes in Jesus' change and the importance of the church. As Dr. MacArthur stated, we believe that "Bible counseling is the only effective way to do counseling" ("Q & A").
