Cultural Adjustment that came to the United States "Analysis of culture shock" is one of my dreams, after studying and finishing the collage I received an American visa and bought a ticket to the USA. I have heard about America since I was a child, so I am a little confused. There is a big cultural difference between my society and the modern American society, and due to these differences, me and my friends encountered several problems after they came here.

Assignment adjustment is the process of adapting to living and work in different cultures. Torbion (1988) proposed that intercultural coordination can be divided into four phases. It is often called a U curve. It depicts the process of adjustment through four consecutive stages (honeymoon, cultural shock, coordination and acquisition). The trajectory adjusted over time is like a U-shaped curve. Early rise during honeymoon, decline during cultural shock, recovery when adjustment occurred, and stability during acquisition

A conceptual model was proposed to identify important prerequisites for quota adjustment. Coordination is conceptualized as a fit between foreign administrator and the environment, including work and social culture. The sign of adjustment is to reduce conflict and increase effect. As a multidimensional phenomenon, adjustment of tasks can be decided in the field of psychology, society, and work. Foreigners' intercultural coordination is a unique aspect of the international mission. Foreigner coordination means living and working in a foreign cultural environment. Adjustment of work is obviously related to work, cultural adjustment is largely unrelated to work, coordination of interaction overlaps work and work environment other than work. Black and Stephens (1989) and Gregersen and Black (1990) found a strong relationship between intention to leave various aspects of coordination with foreigners.
