Cruelty in animal Farm

George Orwell's story Animal Farm is a novel about the Animal Revolution, not oppressing farmers. The irony of the story comes from the fact that pigs are rebellious. They show the same cruelty by making other animals the same as or worse than the previous owner. This cruel cycle is manifested in the Russian revolution of Stalin Stalin, which was represented by the story of Napoleon. The handling of animals by humans and the ultimate handling of each other against animals and the ironic nature of both indicate the cruelty of the animal farm.

In this article I will explain the fundamental difference between cruel laws of animals related to European and American companion animals and livestock. First, I will show the rationale for the animal law in the USA and Europe. Next is a thorough discussion about companion animals. Finally, all aspects of livestock law are studied, from livestock management to transportation and ultimate slaughter. In the United States there are three major federal regulations concerning animal welfare. It is humanitarian massacre (described later), "18 hours of 1877 law" (see also below), and "American Welfare Law of America". These three federal laws do not regulate the treatment of animals raised on farms and do not regulate the treatment of companion animals. In addition, the United States does not have a federal anti-cruel law

State law is the last defense of these animals, as federal law can not protect most farm animals. In most states of the United States it is nearly impossible to provide reasonable protection, as it explicitly abandons livestock and certain standard farming methods to protect against the provision of abuse prevention. While in general industrial applications, these exempted agricultural methods are often shockingly brutal. In some states, livestock is included in at least some anti-abuse laws, but these laws rarely benefit livestock.
