Crown Prince Sado

Prince Sado is the prince of the Joseon Dynasty. The second son of Yongcheng King (1724-1776) became a throne successor at the age of 1, brothers died a few years ago.

Sado married a girl of incense at the age of ten. His wife was later called Lye Hyegyeong. Their second son later became King of Chung (1776-1800)

Sado has a very different political view from his father. The collision became intense, and Sado was expelled from the throne of the prince when 27 years old, and died by the hands of his father. But the details of the conflict and his death remain unknown. According to the inscription written by his father, Sado was trapped in a cupboard and was murdered. These political conflicts were recorded by Sado 's wife in the famous memoir Han Jun Rock.

He was promoted to the title of the king after death and served as naming king Jang Jo. In 1789, his son, John Jyo moved the tomb to Hwaseong Fortress (Modern Suwon) 19 miles from the capital. Afterwards, the castle regularly visits the grave with a magnificent royal parade.

Prince Sado (February 13, 1735 - July 11, 1762) was born in Prince Changchun, the second son of King Sukjong of Korea (1694 - 1776). As his brother Xiaozong (1728) died before, the new prince was a possible royal heir. However, Prince Sato did not have the chance to rule. At the age of 27 he was executed by his father's orders, trapped in a cupboard, died on hunger. His father gave him the title of Zuo Duo meaning "sad thought".

As a prince, Sado married a poor scholar's daughter Hyegyong at a very young age, but his popularity was high. The bride and groom is about 8 years old. Hyegyong finally wrote her memoir to discuss her life at the Royal Court and Sado. She told her that the wife, elected to the prince, was worried "as if he felt countless trials and sufferings could be experienced in the palace." Because the newlyweds couple are so young, their relationship was originally a relationship of playmates of childhood. They live in different houses, and the court women are very kind, but they are still 8 years old children in very different circumstances. She is totally overwhelmed. Therefore, the two children seem to be doing very well, but she can not provide real support to Sado.
