FrontRunners highlights top-level software products from North American small and medium enterprises using real-world comments from real-world software users.
Our goal is to help SMEs make better decisions about which software is suitable for them. This is the reason we designed FrontRunners.
In order to create this report, we evaluated more than 315 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) products. Only people with usability and user defined highest scores can become FrontRunners.
SME refers to the size of software vendor companies. It is not necessarily the size of the customer.
For two reasons, I divided the suppliers into two groups. It shows that the products are equivalent and that the purchaser of the software is useful.
To determine who and who is business, check the supplier's number of employees. All products of FrontRunners use the same process for evaluation, both for enterprise and small scale.
Each figure shows the top 10 to 15 implementers of the enterprise and small supplier categories. You can switch the display by simply clicking the version you want to display (above the graph). You can read the complete FrontRunners method here.
The point is that the product is scored in two ways based on actual user rating - availability and recommended users
To take into account, this product must post at least 20 comments in the past 18 months and must meet the minimum user rating. We also need to provide a set of key features that enable companies to improve customer tracking and management, such as contact management, interaction tracking, lead management and so on.
From there, user reviews will determine availability and user recommendation score. Ease of use is plotted on the X axis and the user is advised to draw on the Y axis
