The answer / summary form has six sections (Jarosewich, Pfeiffer, & Morris, 2002). The first part is used to identify student information and the second part is where the evaluator records the student's original score. In the third section, we will draw the result of GATES with a clear illustration to show the grades of students of other talented talented students. In the 4 th, 5 th, 6 th section, we convert the original score to percentiles and explain the raw raw score in more detail. Once the score is completed, it can be evaluated by personal evaluation.
