In the 21st century, academic and applied psychology facing these problems face many problems. One of the main problems facing people today is the concept of globalization. Globalization is a process that is continuously developed all over the world and continues throughout the 21st century. Globalization is expressed as "the process of international integration arising from the exchange of world view, product, idea, and other aspects of culture" (Al-Rodhan 2006).

Abstract globalization is the most characteristic feature of the 21st century. The globalized world is faced with new challenges such as climate change, terrorism, poverty and economic crisis. These issues have no borders and can not be solved by any country alone. These problems can only be solved by cooperative efforts at the world level. Therefore, the world needs cooperation in a more effective form among international institutions, governments, the private sector, and the civil society of the world. In this paper, we are trying to clarify the role of global civil society as a global governance tool to solve many global problems. More specifically, the aim is to understand how global civil society organizations form global governance processes and how they affect the quality of governance at international levels.
