Critical Reading Questions

At a certain level, critical reading means simply asking questions and evaluating their claims rather than just accepting what you read.

However, the type of question you ask and the type of question you prioritize in your assessment may be very different.

This can be done in a relatively "logical" way by thinking about reasoning in use, claims based on evidence, and so on. It can also be implemented in a more "political" way, taking social impact into account.

You can also ask the instructor for examples and see how the main concepts are understood. This may help to understand their expectations in writing

Please check the problem and see if you understand the requirements. You do not have to use all these questions every time you read it. Please choose the most meaningful two or three to you, and start over there.

Write important reading questions indicating that you read the whole book. Reading important reading is basically explained in the contents area where you read and write textbooks because you can see what we are reading at a deeper level. Ability to make interesting and complicated questions that leads to critical thinking. Usually, when students read, they just read a word, and that is it. They cease to analyze the materials they are reading. They do not wonder why this is happening, what they did, and what motives they have. Critical reading and critical thinking will be realized

Critically read: Reading a research paper must be an important process. You should not think the author is always right. Instead, they are suspicious. If the author tries to solve the problem, will they solve the correct problem? Is there a simple solution that the author does not think? What are the limitations of this solution (including restrictions that the author has not noticed or may not explicitly approve). Is the author's hypothesis reasonable? Given the assumptions, is paper logic clear and reasonable, or is inferring defective?
