These procedures can still be used in hospitals, but the staff will provide less funding for services that can be offered or provided. When I concretely discussed the problem faced by WCHP at Humber River Hospital, the government's financial change to the hospital obviously influenced my role as a social worker. In WCHP, the social work department has not received funds. We are included in the program, but since we are not included in the budget, departments are subject to various restrictions.

Through a hierarchical system structure, you can control the underlying system and benefit them at the highest level.

In addition, behavioral trends arising from the functional requirements of the organization and the physical environment are important to complement the organization's subsystem.
