Critical Analysis of an Incident in a Clinical Setting

The purpose of this paper is to critically investigate the incident in clinical environment while using reflection model. This will allow me to analyze and understand the incident and draw conclusions related to my individual learning outcomes. Critical analysis and the importance of important events will be discussed briefly and will be reflected using the chosen model. Then the event is described and analyzed, and participants are introduced. (The names of the people involved have been changed to protect their privacy.) Then I will review the questions raised based on recent literature on the case.

In this subject, we will critically discuss the introspective practice of the clinical practice I did. In the following serious cases I encountered, I will use Gibbs reflection model. The Gibbs reflection model is fairly straightforward and encourages a clear explanation of the situation. Conclusions and action plans to analyze emotions, evaluate experience, analyze to understand experience, review other options, reflect on experience

Then the event will be described and analyzed and participants will be introduced and I will review the questions raised based on recent literature on the case. My thesis includes discussions on communication used in this event, interpersonal skills, and ultimately evidence-based practice. Finally, I will explain what I have learned from experience and how it will change my future behavior. The Gibbs model of the reflection period (1988) is attached as Appendix 1, and the description of the event is attached as an appendix.

What is a big event An important event is defined differently depending on the nature of the event, the environment and the place where the setting is made. Tripp (1993) defines important events as "general events occurring in daily vocational training". My favorite definition is that an important event is not necessarily a dramatic event, but it is a meaningful event for us. This is usually an event that allows us to stop thinking about it, or an event to ask us questions. A side that may doubt our beliefs, values, attitudes, actions. This is an event that will greatly influence our personal and professional experience and learning (MU).
