An effective crisis management response plan outlines the specific procedures for administrators, teachers, and students in evacuation emergencies. Administrators work with teachers, students, parents, law enforcement officials, business and community members to make effective emergency and crisis plans. Administrators play a leading role in the development and supervision of school safety programs and develop emergency evacuation and crisis management procedures at various stages of the program.

The introduction of the crisis management system is important for the organization. Upon completion of the planning phase, the implementation phase includes resources and plans to tackle emergency response, communication, continuity, information technology, incident management, and exercise / training. All aspects of crisis management are organized in my organization (AT & T). To respond to the crisis, organizations need to prepare plans and have appropriate leaders to deal with the crisis. The SLP includes a detailed framework of AT & T to assess crisis management. In addition, it includes organization and attributes, types of crisis, leadership necessary for success, models and theories used, preparation planning and development stages.

Like other organizations, AT & T has models and theories related to crisis management. The model and theory are as follows. Crisis management strategy, crisis management model, crisis management plan, crisis management plan, business continuity plan, structural function system theory, crisis leadership, social media and crisis management. (AT & T, 2016, 2010, 2005) AT & T's crisis management strategy aims to ensure that the crisis can not keep up with the progress of the organization. It predicts the future monitoring of internal and external environmental crisis, selection and implementation of preventive strategy and operational management (management and response strategy). (AT & T, 2016, 2010, 2005)
