Criminal Justice System and the Death Penalty

The criminal justice system plays an important role in the organization structure of the United States. In the absence of a criminal justice system to manage the causal punishment, this country becomes a chaotic, unstructured, cruel, irrational and civil chaotic habitat. "The criminal justice system is a group of organizations involved in the arrest, indictment, defense, judgment and imprisonment of criminals" (Dictionary.com). The foundation of the criminal justice system is a deeply interesting topic that needs to be discussed and discussed.

The death penalty is a form of punishment in which a person convicted of a serious crime is executed according to the provisions of the criminal justice system. The death penalty has existed for thousands of years and has been widely accepted in the United States since the early colonial era. Especially even a person whose constitution was enacted by the fifth amendment implicitly approved it (McCord and Latzer 9). Despite the increasing acceptance of the death penalty as an appropriate punishment for specific crimes such as first-class homicide, there are still people who oppose the death penalty for some reason.

One of the most controversial issues in the criminal justice system is the death penalty or the death penalty. In 1972, the US Supreme Court declared the capital punishment unconstitutional, and the death penalty resumed until 1976 was not. Do not give anyone the right to end the life of others. However, in most cases it is cheating to hurt others' lives. Many people think that it should be "eyes for the eyes" or retribution. People who support the death penalty believe that the victim's life will be meaningless unless proper punishment is given to the criminal. This is why American psychology is involved in such a serious dilemma.

We can not emphasize that we will not choose a faulty death penalty system and the first system of prison. On the contrary, there is no perfect job for the criminal justice system. The death penal offenders give the impression that the only drawback of the death penalty is simple convenience, that is, a deficiency in the death penalty (what is imagined as a reality), and that inadequacies in light punishment methods are largely ignored.

In connection with the benefits of the death penalty as a death penalty there are many problems including deterrence, punishment moral justice, sanctioning expenses, and even European countries' (unbelievable) policies.
