Criminal Justice Codes of Ethics

Since the 1800's, the main duties of the unified police have focused on patrol and criminal investigation (CliffsNotes.com, 2011a). The Criminal Justice Academy Code of Ethics (ACJS) consists of 1) general principles and 2) ethical standards underlying the responsibilities of experts and academic members, and 3) policies and procedures for the implementation of these principles and standards It regulates. Members of the Criminal Justice Science Department are obligating individual members to comply with the ACJS Code of Ethics in order to determine ethical behavior in their daily occupational activities.
