CRIMES Are Committed By...CRIMINALS, Guns Are Not The Issue

I use the term "criminal law" instead of saying "People commit crimes rather than guns." Since my argument is a criminal offense, what we need to focus on is crime prevention, such as preventing people from being murdered first. The selection of citizens in compliance with the law is in stark contrast to the criminal options on the list to show who committed the crime.

Having a pistol is illegal. In other words, anyone who has a pistol is a criminal. The minimum punishment for possession of firearms is 5 years and prevents criminals from using firearms when committing a crime. Criminal activity is an explanation of a criminal's work. To make a gun illegal only hinders civilians from protecting themselves, but criminals obviously ignore the law when guns accept silence with crime. These laws may try to get high-profile weapons, even trying to protect themselves so that they can not seize themselves even a criminal. There is a possibility that more victims may come out than before, and replacing the solved problem may lead to more problems. Legislative citizens are helpless, armed criminals can run freely, and only police have the power to deter them.
