Italian American cuisine is Italian cuisine adapted all over the United States. Historically, Italian-American food has been called Italian-American by various immigrants and their descendants. Many immigrants bring their own Italian regional cuisine tradition as immigrants from all over Italy settle in different parts of the United States. Many of these foods and recipes became the new beloved of the public, then became American Americans.

When North Americans think of Italian cuisine, they usually think of pizza and pasta. However, Italian food is more diverse. Each region of Italy has its own cuisine and cuisine style according to local ingredients. Among the foods and drinks that many people in North America are enjoying today, such as pizza and espresso called espresso, there are also Italian people brought. When Italians came to North America they brought their tradition. They practice Roman Catholicism, which has been the legacy of most Italian Christianity for centuries. When Italians came to North America in the 1880s, the largest Catholic group was Irish. They did not have their own church when they arrived, so they had to go to the Irish church. Italian traditions and customs are different from them, they do not like their service. As the population increases, Italians begin to build their own church.
