There are several ways to implement a comprehensive approach to consulting work. The three most common are technological eclecticism, theoretical integration, and a common factor (Arkowitz, 1997). Technological eclecticism is a collection of technologies that tend to focus on differences, choose from many ways. This road requires the use of technology from different schools without having to subscribe to the theoretical position that created them. In contrast, theoretical integration means the creation of concepts and theories other than just hybrid technology. The purpose of this pass is to create a conceptual framework that combines two or more theoretical approaches (Norcross and Newman, where the hypothesis is richer than any theory).
