This potato soup is one of my best recipes (and my favorite reader)! This is our dinner rotation routine, and there are good reasons. This is a completely comfortable food, it is absolutely delicious! The most important thing is cheese and bacon, no one can resist

When we grew, we ate lots of potato soup. This may be related to the fact that my grandparents are growers of potatoes. My mother is probably doing it twice a month, and now it is the same for me, especially in the cold winter.

I prefer this to be something that everyone in my family can reach agreement (I am very excited when they tell them what it is for dinner). I also like having all the materials I have on hand (I always hide the refrigerator in the fridge, always!)

Potatoes, carrots, celery have longer expiration dates than most vegetables, so I always get some of these vegetables.

In order to get the longest shelf life from potatoes, the correct way to preserve them is in a cool and dry place, covering them with cloth. Light can make them green (due to chemical reaction)

So I like to put my food in a storage basket covered with cloth. Then I put the bag downstairs in the refrigerator. Cabinets, drawers, paper bags are also very useful.

Stick to Auburn potatoes. They are not as hard as red or yellow, not waxy, they break down and begin to make the soup creamy. We measure the ingredients. If you have too much or too few potatoes, it will change consistency.

Do not add herbs or spices. I know that it may be difficult for some people, but a more neutral taste is perfect here.

Do not leave a topping, these will add a layer of flavor to the soup. Please bring cheddar cheese.

Please try replacing the sour cream with a thick cream or half. This is also a delicious choice
