Introduction of contemporary art history and contemporary art history includes the development and evolution of art style by painting, sculpture, architecture, research on other media, and worldwide approach. It focuses on groundbreaking art movement in the historical framework. By understanding the socio-political and cultural activities that influence artist's creative creations, students will learn the importance of innovative practices, techniques and new exploration methods leading to contemporary art.

Swarthmore uses a credit system in "Semester Credits" unit which acquires one unit of bachelor's degree of 32 credits in the usual course. (As a comparison of the school of the semester system, Swathmore units are equivalent to four semesters in other countries.) Swarthmore units are usually 4 to 5 credits per semester. Some courses can get more, some courses are less than one unit, and more are as follows. Eight credit hours of 8 credit hours will be 32 credits for your degree. Allow some load change, but less than 4 full credit courses per semester require special permission and are generally not suitable for the first semester students under what circumstances

Credit forwarding is based on individuals. The decision is based on the same content (for required course), credit assignment and successful completion of the course. You can apply for exchange of other university or university courses by submitting application to the Admissions Office and all syllabus. For university degrees acquired outside the United States (excluding Canadian English), the unit is evaluated by WES (World Education Services, www.wes.org) or Education Certificate Evaluator (www.ece.org) with course course evaluation is needed. A qualified nurse can also evaluate international transcripts in the complete education course - course report of CGFNS (Foreign Care College Graduate Council, www.cgfns.org).

Entrance students may qualify to transfer to a maximum of 18 courses. Most of Yale's courses are semester courses and have one course unit. Yale University Department Headquarters Office will evaluate transcripts of all transfer students enrolled to judge the possibility of transfer after admission. College courses similar to undergraduates at Yale University are assignable. At the time of entrance, the transfer student receives a package of information including the number of semesters expected to acquire a bachelor's degree and the course credits that the ale accepts. The office of the Yale University dean will provide the final transfer unit to students who accept acceptance letters from Yale University. Students must achieve A or B grades on at least three quarters of ale courses and the remaining courses must be C or higher.
