Counter-Culture in the 1950's

In the 1950s, America saw an extensive satisfaction era after the war. Most of the population adapted to the lifestyle of modern suburbs that appeared at this time. They buy a house, start a family, find a stable job, watch TV, and confidently submit to the government. Quite monotonous, is this lifestyle safe and secure? Many Americans are willing to sacrifice their personality for comfort. However, a few people do not totally accept this conservative consistency nationwide, among them they take images of artists and writers.

The anti-cultural movement in the 1960s was a reaction to the forgotten history of the 1950s. Historical oblivion was made to deny racial behavior in the 1950s. Since America began to become the world's largest country after the Second World War, the United States needs to provide a "free" image to the world. - Do not forget that the brain collects, processes, and stores information in various ways. When we perceive something, groups of cells in our brain are activated in a specific order. If it is not pursued perfectly, perception will disappear and the cells will return to their original state (1). However, if thought or recognition is 'entertained', the cells interact to form a network of communication and signal transmission.

And their cultural identity. Drama fence is the sixth of the 10 game cycles, depicting the black life of the 1950s ("August Wilson's Fences"). The 1950s reflects the transition period when African Americans started to face racial discrimination. August Wilson introduced social and cultural factors of the 1950s into his drama fence. In addition, many of the problems facing the fence people are still relevant and classified today.

I think that we experienced a cycle of trusting "authority" and "elite". In the 1950s, authoritarianism became dominant, the trust seemed to be considerably high, and then as anti-culture was documented, it questioned the traditional wisdom of the 1960s. We may have experienced a period of distrust now that we came to trust the elite in the 1980s. Brexit and Trump clearly show a decline in traditional wisdom and confidence in the elite (in my opinion, most are absurd, but not entirely unreasonable).
