Costa Rica is a central American republic located in northern Panama, with two coastlines (Western Pacific, East Caribbean). The capital and the biggest city of San Jose are in Central Valley. Costa Rica has attracted attention in many Latin American countries for its longstanding democracy. Costa Rica is known for hydropower plants and agricultural products. I. Surfing: Costa Rica is a paradise for surfers and Playa Grande is the main surf center in Costa Rica. Playa Grande is a seaside town on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is one of the most popular surfing spots in Costa Rica, is internationally popular, habitat for leatherback turtles. The sandy beach of Playa Grande Beach is large enough to surf, but it is not enough to stop comfortable swimming. There are several surfers heading towards Hotel Las Tortugas starting from the estuary

Costa Rica is known for having many surfing spots throughout the country. Between April and October, Costa Rica offers a surfer a perfect place to catch the rough waves. Costa Rica has Playa Naranjo, Potrero Grande, Ollies Point, amusing beginners and experienced surfers. Some places in Costa Rica have several waves and some hard-core surfing skills can reach 30 feet. Brazil offers a competitive surfing experience for surfers. Many of the world's surfing competitions are held on the beach in Brazil. Brazilian surfing spots include Mocanbike, Joaquina Beach, Praia Mall Campeche and others. Located near Brazilian capital, these beaches offer the surfer the chance to experience the country's cuisine and culture while enjoying one of the most wonderful waves in the world.

Costa Rica: Today, Asians account for 1% of the population of Costa Rica. In 1855 the first Chinese immigrants of Costa Rica arrived in Costa Rica; they were 77 from Guangzhou, they came to Central America and worked at the Panama train. The remaining 45 people employed Alejandro von Burou, an agent of the Berlin Colony County Association, to prepare for German settlements in Costa Rica. Between 1859 and 1836 during the José Maria Monte Alegrea Fernández regime a law banning black and Asian immigrants to protect Costa Rica for European settlers was enacted.
