People who provide services at higher education institutions are facing pressure to threaten the overall value of higher education enterprises. Corruption in higher education has a huge negative impact, which is detrimental to the relationship between individual efforts and compensation expectations. In addition, employees and students have the confidence that personal success is brought about not by diligence and ability, but by association with teachers and taking other shortcuts.

Sao Paulo is ranked second in the number of higher education institutions in the United States. Higher education institutions called Sao Paulo have three public and eight private universities. Coupons for university admission have never been realized. The price of corruption is that it hinders sustainable economic growth. Local corruption in educational institutions leads to the formation of a certain level of sustainable corruption. Higher education in Russia is quite different from widely practiced bribery, but in the United States and the UK there are numerous fraudulent acts. The gray parts of the US and higher education sector and institutional corruption are very different. This is typical of regimes in Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia.
