Neighbors born in C have a big influence on the chances of life. The lives of people around low-income subway stations are not exactly the same as the lives of people around high-income subway stations. They not only have different wealth situations, but their lives must be completely different. The quality of life is different for each class, and the necessary resources for prosperity are different. People who earn a lot of money can easily get the best education, family, living environment and work.
Multi-collinearity between neighborhood quality indicators According to the established standard (Lewis-Beck, 1980), our data set does not need to worry. The quality index of the neighborhood ranges from -0.3 (between the lowest and the lowest) to .74 (between the lowest income and most blacks). The largest pseudo R2 (all other low-income regressions) is .55, so it does not get close to 1.0. There is no collinearity between these indices, as the correlation between average difficulty of tool behavior and average of overall pessimism is .10.

At 95% confidence level, there is no correlation between school community income and school teacher quality. Even some of the richest communities in Chicago, teachers may still be inadequate. On the other hand, some of the top class teachers can be found in some of the poorest communities in the city. The high school in the Chicago public school system is strongly influenced by the surrounding communities. Generally, high-performance high schools are middle-class and upper-class communities in Chicago. Some of these exceptions are high schools that are selectively registered in communities with low per capita income such as Northside College Prep. My survey concluded that there is a correlation between per capita income and number of university entrants, graduation rate, ACT score, and safety. However, there was no correlation between the per capita income and the teacher 's guidance score.
