Located in Manhattan's 373 Fifth Avenue, Hotel 373 is a small boutique hotel in the shade of the Empire State Building. It is close to one of the most symbolic landmarks in New York and attracts many tourists. Hotel 373 opened in 2007 is managed by Hersha Hospitality Management Company (HHMC). It also manages over 100 other hotels throughout the country. Due to the small size of the hotel, the hotel currently operates 70 rooms and 13 employees under the direction of General Manager Gary DeSoiza.
