M & A is one of the company's corporate strategies to achieve better performance. However, it is reported that many companies have not achieved expected value of synergistic effect. Through an extensive review of relevant literature and interviews with key executives with extensive experience in M & A, the integration of corporate culture is recognized as an important factor in the success and failure of M & A activities. The conceptual model was developed to explain the relationship with the performance of the organization. This research contributes to existing literature and helps senior managers strategically design corporate culture for better performance.
In this white paper, we will examine the influence of corporate culture and organizational efforts on the performance of Malaysian companies. The results show that there is considerable relationship between the corporate culture and the organization's commitment. The main content of this survey is to form basic questions about the organizational culture and its related elements. Following this article is a literature review outlining organizational efforts underpinned by corporate culture and theoretical framework. This structure represents the main pathways and relationships between these key elements of the organization, namely organizational culture, organizational commitment, and financial performance. Survey results and discussion revealed the type of corporate culture, the type of organizational effort, and the supporting data sheet.
