Cornbreads from the south are usually more brittle and sweet flour (or very slightly flour) made with corn meal (and I roughly use the word!). It can not be in a good condition, it is best to drink plenty of funny things (grilled bean chili) and butter.
Northern style corn bread becomes like a cake by adding flour. Bread crumbs are soft, resilient, not broken, and are usually sweet
I can not find it in the southern or northern cone bread, except that I added a creamy corn to suit my taste. Corn flavor is strong, moist!
It is unnatural to say that canned creamy corn is the staple food in my food storage room. But, yes - this is for these cornbread muffins (and this 15 minutes Chinese corn soup!)
