The basic values look like what I do in my daily life, but I have decided to develop spirituality over 3 hours. At first, I went to the gym for an hour, then I did yoga for an hour, and lastly I did an hour church service. When I took time to do these activities for this project, I noticed that I ignored myself. This is my first practice since I went to school and even reading the Bible. I surprised myself. Because I never forget to exercise or I had no time to go to church. These activities improved my emotional health, made me re-engage my inner self, and I felt I made my mood feel better.

When I started this project, I started making some changes in my daily life. Instead of eating a lot of unhealthy snacks I began picking more healthy foods. I also started exercising at least 3 hours a week, at least an hour a week. I also read the Bible more frequently and have time to get enough sleep every night. These small changes contributed greatly to my success as a student and the speed with which I completed my work. A more healthy lifestyle makes time management easier and makes me feel like I'm awakening during the day instead of taking a nap whenever I take a rest.

All core values are important, but for me this core value is important for other core values to work. I feel bad for my health and I do not want to do something that will improve my health. Or happy thing. . The sense of balance of body, mind, and emotion surely increased my confidence, made me happy and less stressful. As with community services in this class, assigning this core value must be mandatory. I am delighted to be able to start the mission of the next core values and I can not wait for all the core values to improve my life after seeing my influence.
