Abstract; The purpose of this paper is to consider schizophrenia disorder from the viewpoint of case study. In this article I will learn three situations. In addition, inferences and observations are made to gain further insight. In the first case study, a man named El-Or (real name George) was carrying out the task of rescuing the Earth from the invasion of an imminent alien. The second case study was about a woman named R, Dottie who developed symptoms of schizophrenia personality disorder after a disturbed childhood.

Personality disorder (HPD) is a personality disorder that occurs frequently in conjunction with other personality disorders, especially borderline personality disorder (BPD), narcissism, and dependent personality disorder. Because of the many overlaps in the functions of BPD and HPD, some experts think that there is a possibility that HPD is actually indistinguishable from BPD. Only a few studies examined the co-occurrence of HPD and BPD. Especially in rigorous studies, it was found that about 15% of patients with BPD also met the diagnostic criteria of HPD. In another study using community samples, approximately 10% of BPD patients met HPD criteria.

Nearly 15% of the US population meets one or more diagnostic criteria of 10 recognized personality disorders. Dramatic personality disorder is one of the most common diseases among these diseases, affecting about 8% of the population, but it still accounts for about 4 million people. Dramatic personality disorder is diagnosed in females, accounting for about two-thirds of known cases. This may not reflect the real incidence of this disease, but it may be related to the willingness of women (or unwilling men) seeking help in the presence of HPD symptoms.
