After completing the "joint discipline" course through the regional training center, I will modify my behavior management skill to comply with the co-discipline model of my eighth grade English class. Not a hands-on or hands-on style, but a collaborative discipline or manual collaboration style is a more appropriate way to manage behavior in the classroom. In a non-interfering style, the classroom has too many freedoms and inadequate structures, and in a practical style, provocative students may resist the teacher's strict rules.
Research on discipline and care showed that joint communication is important for interaction between adults and children. Effective caregivers clearly express high expectations to children and still accept the viewpoints, recommendations and needs of children while providing the reasons for expected behavior. And effective carers nurture and respond to children even if they make a mistake.
The first area preferred by most children and scholars is called authoritative, or firm but fair. In this field, parents have clear rules on children's behavior, but at the same time they make children make independent judgments. Parents can patiently explain why their actions are wrong and can take disciplinary actions through timeouts, infrastructure, and similar reactions, if necessary, in the event of a child's disorder. Although they rarely hit the children, they generally offer a lot of emotional support to them. Most child experts believe that authoritative discipline contributes to the moral development of children and helps children developing well-behaved children (Ginsburg, Durbin, Garcia-EspaƱa, Kalicka and Winston, 2009).
Unlimited training is the fourth and last. Parents practicing this style give little emotional support to their children and can not set rules for their actions. This type of child rearing is related to child's antisocial behavior and other bad outcomes, especially when compared with an authoritative child rearing style. One of the reasons that authoritarian discipline is better than dictatorship discipline is that it avoids discipline and punishment of the type that go against more and more "reasons". Many experts believe spanking is bad for children. They say that spanking teaches that action should be taken so that children will not be punished. This lesson will make it easier for children to become more unfortunate behavior because they do not learn to learn for their behavior if they think that children will not be caught.
