Amount of words: Write the amount using words to avoid fraud and confusion. This will be your official payment amount. If the amount is different from the form of the number you entered in the previous step, the amount you wrote is legally the amount of the check. Please use all capital letters that are difficult to change. Note (or "For") line: Please attach a memo as necessary. This step is optional and does not affect how the bank handles checks. The memo is a wonderful place to remind you of the reason to write a check. It may also be the place your payee will use to process payments (or if you find something wrong you can find your account). For example, you can fill in this line the social security number in the account when paying IRS or paying utility fee.
As it will write, the words are words; it is no doubt whether you will spell them or not. Then, when it comes to numbers, you can choose to spell numbers or to use numbers. Can you use numbers at any time, or do you always keep spelling numbers? Believe it or not, there are rules on how to use them. A standard rule of thumb is to write a number from 0 to 100 (or say 0 to 100). Instead of writing letters in the story, I took two apples, I wrote it and took two. Unless the apple rules are clear, I'm trying to avoid using real numbers, so I can extend it by writing a novel this time (some of them will be shown later). Therefore, if a character steals 1000 CDs, you write that they stole 1000 CDs. Every opportunity you get will tend to be words rather than numbers.
