In this article we will try to provide a comprehensive discussion on culture through universal and unique methods, ie etic and emic. The viewpoint of universal and indigenous peoples is important for understanding the comparison between specific cultures and other cultures. However, both methodological problems lead to worthy but incomplete interpretation of cultural concepts. The complexity of using both in cultural studies is described in the article. In this article I will explain the background of India against other cultures using these two lenses to present unique aspects to Indian organizations. In this way, it can provide a different way to perfectly see culture as a concept and capture the unique cultural characteristics of Indian organizations. It also explains the issues of cultural research in Indian multicultural environment. We rarely submit ideas for future research. In addition, I will explain the influence of individuals and organizations planning to do business in India.
