The number of women participating in basketball is increasing, but the equal expression and image of female athletes in comprehensive media coverage still have problems. This research explores the depictions of femininity and masculinity in sports magazine articles and explores how they strengthen hegemonic masculinity. I analyzed the contents of the season of the article with illustration of sports. Three themes support the hegemonic male sex theory: comparison with male greats, male family referrals, and presence of default assumptions. In addition, two themes emerged, including a tendency for sports writers to portray athletes based on gender inequality. Overall, the sports illustrations analyzed analyzes bias of the media and prejudice in the performance of female athletes.

• As we all know, college sports has brought great benefits to American universities. In particular, the main contributors are soccer and men's basketball. So are these sports players of great value, or are they satisfied with the scholarship for college degrees? But then a water ball player, baseball player, or all women's sports team. Now consider the amount you pay for the powerful quarterback of the football team compared to the girls basketball point guard. I made this comparison to explain the following points.

Only two or three sports can make money: football, men's basketball, and women's basketball. The rest of the sport still consumes little or no income while consuming college money. Therefore, most sports departments lose money. Indeed, according to a report of "USA Today" last month, 23 of the 228 first-class sports of 2012 was able to achieve a surplus. The number of these sectors fluctuates year by year, but it is usually less than community. Each surplus university is participating in BCS Auto Qualifying. Each of the first-class universities has not participated in non-core meetings (and many conferences participating in large conferences), and their current sports projects will lose money. The increase in direct payments will bring economic pressure to the school and will result in a decrease in non-income movements
